Telepoint, the biggest data center in Bulgaria, decided to expand its physical facility and needed a reliable partner to deliver equipment and engineering services within a very short deadline.
For their new colocation facility, TSys engaged with the overall project management, delivery, and installation of raised floor, cable trays - power cables and communications, air conditioning, humidifiers, power cable lay down, power switchboards, and server racks. In addition, a video surveillance system was planned and developed by the TSys team. The new facility needed to be built on a tight deadline and many operations were done in parallel. One of the most challenging jobs was to coordinate teams of different subcontractors to work aligned and achieve the common goal.

Project:
TSys successfully replaced the power cables for shutters of the dam wall of dam “Studen Kladenets”. The surrounding infrastructure was also recovered. The project deadline was very short. In addition, the cable infrastructure was built in the 50s.
For this project, we delivered power cables, concrete cable tray covers and new power distribution units. We opened the existing cable trays, removed the cables and laid down new cables, replaced the old PDU with a new one, closed the cable trays, and recovered the sidewalk.
All done in only 60 days!

Project:
Bulgartransgaz EAD is a combined operator performing licensed activities of natural gas transmission and storage. TSys provided a replacement of battery packs for UPS systems in their headquarter and pump stations.
We had a short deadline to switch off and remove old batteries and to install the new ones. As part of the project we provided delivery of industrial batteries, engineering power and project management.

Project:
TSys provided consultancy services related to the Data Centre Infrastructure management of Bank of Kigali - the biggest bank in Rwanda. Because of the business growth and success, IT infrastructure became critical for the bank. In order to protect their business, they were looking for professional advice on how to improve the availability, reliability, and security of their Data Centre infrastructure.
As part of the project, we delivered Data Centres evaluation and submission of a report on how to avoid a single point of failures and how to build new Data Centre infrastructure suitable to handle the business growth. Problems with current infrastructure were pointed out and were defined measurements of how to improve Data Centres infrastructure and staff qualification.
